We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, onboard, and manage sales and implementation partners in the US and Europe markets. These partners will be responsible for selling and implementing our products, as well as providing L1 and L2 support to our clients.
Identify and prospect potential sales and implementation partners in the US and Europe markets.
Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, including channel partners, software resellers, and system integrators.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, sales campaigns, and go-to-market plans.
Train and enable partners on our product offerings, value proposition, and sales techniques.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support, guidance, and resolving any issues that arise.
Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as revenue, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partner success and alignment with company goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Travel to partner locations or industry events as required.
Fresh graduate from a leading business school with a strong academic background.
Passionate about building a career in the information technology industry.
1-2 years of experience in channel sales or software sales is preferred, although exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered.
Knowledge of the US and Europe markets, including cultural nuances and business practices will be added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with partners and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills to articulate the value of our products and services.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Enterprise Service Management, Enterprise Workflow, or Asset Management solutions is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
