The Opportunity

As a QA Lead at Rebotics, you will spearhead comprehensive and analytical testing

across our flagship product, collaborating with a global team proficient in English. Leading a team of 7, you'll

manage QA efforts across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and backend systems.

In this pivotal role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the meticulous detection of critical bugs within our reports, while also promptly documenting issues in JIRA. Your leadership will foster continuous professional development among your team members, ensuring that deliverables consistently meet our stringent quality requirements. Main tasks

• Manage and develop QA team for efficient collaboration and growth.
• Lead testing across iOS, Android, and backend for product quality.
• Analytically test the reporting platform, detecting critical bugs.
• Document and resolve issues using JIRA, ensuring effective communication.
• Enforce stringent quality requirements for all deliverables.

Professional skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering - QA testing
• Specific experience in QA reporting and planning to maintain project quality.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including dashboard management and report generation.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing, with AWS familiarity; proficiency in Python or Java.
• Proven track record in QA for web, mobile, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CSM or SAFe-4 is a plus.
• Competent education in related fields, preferably in Quality Assurance, Software
• Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
